Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Management

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

- Manage employee files, benefits administration, and compliance

- Support performance management and training initiatives

  • Procurement & Vendor Management

- Manage purchasing of materials, tools, and equipment

- Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships

- Monitor inventory levels and track purchase orders

  • Office & Administrative Oversight

- Supervise office staff and coordinate daily administrative functions

- Maintain project documentation, contracts, and records

- Implement and refine office systems, workflows, and processes

  • Finance & Reporting

- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, payroll, and job costing coordination

- Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial tracking

- Prepare reports for company leadership as needed

  • Company Leadership Support

- Act as a key point of contact between field and office teams

- Help maintain company culture, team morale, and professional standards

- Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvements

Requirements:

  • Min Master Degree in Business Adminstration
  • Knowledge of basic purchasing or HR processes
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication abilities, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Able to speak and write fluent English and second language is a must (Bengali, Tamil or Mandarin)
