We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead daily business operations and support the overall growth of the company. The General Manager will oversee teams, manage resources, improve processes, and help drive business performance. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across different functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business
Lead, manage, and support cross-functional teams
Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans
Monitor performance and ensure business goals are met
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Support talent development, team engagement, and a positive work culture
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in a leadership or management role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Good business judgment and problem-solving ability
Experience managing teams and driving operational performance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role
Experience in strategic planning and business development
Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
