We are proMX, an IT company and Microsoft Solutions partner based in Nuremberg, Germany. Dynamics 365 is our bread and butter, and we focus on project and resource management, process consulting and software development.

We would like to keep growing internationally and are therefore looking for new colleagues to join our #proMXTeam can we count on you

Your Responsibilities:

  • Full operational and strategic responsibility for the Singapore branch
  • Leadership, coaching, and development of the local team across Sales, Delivery, and Operations
  • Localization and execution of the global corporate strategy for the Southeast Asian market
  • Identification and implementation of growth opportunities, including GTM motions in collaboration with Microsoft
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Microsoft Singapore, key regional Microsoft stakeholders, distributors, ISVs, and enterprise customers
  • Representing proMX within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including participation in regional events, co-selling/co-marketing activities, and joint customer engagements
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws and global corporate policies
  • Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and delivery of revenue, margin, and profitability targets
  • Regular performance reporting and strategic alignment with headquarters

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a comparable leadership position ideally within a Microsoft partner, distributor, CSP, SI, or within Microsoft itself
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to develop multicultural and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent understanding of the Southeast Asian IT & business landscape, especially Singapore
  • High degree of ownership, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset

Deep, practical know-how of the Microsoft ecosystem (business, sales, GTM side), including:

  • Co-sell, marketplace, partner programs
  • Incentives, PDM/CSM engagement models
  • BizApps motions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
  • Microsoft's regional priorities, rhythms, and partner engagement processes
  • Established network within the Microsoft community is a strong advantage
