General Manager

Job Summary:
We are a professional restaurant seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, team leadership, and delivering excellent customer service, and must hold a bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with MOM regulations
• Efficiently manage budgets, costs, and inventory
• Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and increase revenue

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
• Proven team management and target achievement experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to work legally in Singapore
