Job Description & Requirements

1. Responsible for the comprehensive management planning, market development, customer maintenance, routeexpansion, and carrying out shipping agency business in the Shipping & Operations department under the guidanceof the board of directors and the general manager.

2. Responsible for and guiding the Chartering Department in contract negotiations, cargo arrangements on ownvessel, assigning of vessel operators, reviewing operational expenses etc.

3. Responsible for coordinating the cargo arrangements and voyage task assignments with Specialized team inChina Headquarter.

4. Responsible for communicating with the Shipping & Marketing Management Division in Headquarter, andcooperating with the headquarters in regional market development, marketing promotion, customer maintenance.and collecting marketing information etc.

5. Responsible for communicating with the fleet teams regarding negotiations, execution of shipping agencybusiness agreements within the region, and developing agency business market.

6. Responsible for developing end-to-end projects within the region, such as: pulp logistics, automobile logisticsand regional inland transportation projects.

7. Responsible for managing the company's various country representative offices and guiding the representativesin market development, customer maintenance, contract negotiations, vessel chartering etc.

8. Responsible for new employee training, management, and job advancement, managing day to day work for thestaffs in Shipping Operations Department etc.

9. Responsible for the relevant reports within the department.

10. Other tasks assigned by management.
