Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the profit and loss of assigned accounts.
- Responsible for optimal utilization of resources allocated to the accounts
- Manage a team of staff in the day to day delivery of contract services to the customers.
- Plan and organize the allocated resources to achieve the contracted service level Agreement
- Hiring, training and motivating the workforce to deliver exemplary performance
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in supply chain/logistics, business or engineering discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in 3PL warehousing
- Experienced in cost management and financial responsibility is preferred.
