Job Description

To Lead Project Director in project, mentor, and develop project managers, site supervisors, and other key staff.
Provide overall leadership and direction for all construction projects and teams.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and growth targets.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure quality and profitability.
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with estimating, procurement, engineering, and finance departments to optimize performance.
Monitor and report on project performance metrics and company financial health.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, safety, and sustainability.
Minimum 15 Years experience in MRT project
