GENERAL MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)

. Oversees the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

. Plan and Implement Procedure and Quality Checks for assigned projects.

. Attend meetings as required to ensure the compliance with the overall project standards, procedures and requirements.

. Providing guidance and input to the team on the marketing plan for potential job opportunities, tender, execution and completion of all the projects to meet budget and timeline

. Effectiveness in achieving the desired targets in the specified time and doing the task correctly, timely and at the minimum possible cost.

. Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills.

. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of department heads.

. Lead and motive a team of construction professionals, including Site Managers and Site Supervisors.

. Identifying potential issues that may arise during construction and developing and implementing solutions to resolve them.

. Ensuring all projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
