Job Summary
Lead and oversee all restaurant operations at Chateau, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective management of sales, inventory, staff, kitchen, wine collection, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage all restaurant operations including sales, inventory control, human resources, and financial performance to achieve business goals
- Oversee kitchen operations and deliver food training to maintain high culinary standards
- Manage the wine collection and assist with purchasing decisions to ensure quality and variety
- Develop and implement staff training programs and create efficient staff schedules to optimize workforce productivity
- Monitor and enhance customer service quality, providing personalized service to VIP guests
- Collaborate in marketing initiatives and event planning to promote the restaurant and increase patronage
- Facilitate seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management software
- In-depth knowledge of wine WSET Level 2 certification preferred
- Korean or Western cuisine certification, or at least 5 years of kitchen work experience

Working Conditions
- Full-time employment
