Cost and productivity: deliver cost-per-unit targets through manpower productivity, line balancing, and material loss reduction.
Maintenance and reliability: implement preventive maintenance, manage downtime, and plan capex for bottleneck removal.
Supply chain and cold-chain integrity: tighten inbound specs, supplier performance, inventory accuracy, FEFO, and temperature control to support consistent fulfilment.
People leadership: build a SOP-first culture, develop supervisors, enforce training compliance, and raise standards without creating churn.
Cross-functional execution: align manufacturing with sales/operations planning to meet event peaks
