Job Summary

Lead the automotive brand(EV) as General Manager by driving sales and marketing strategies, building high-performing teams, and leveraging expertise in EVs and market trends to accelerate business growth in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the automotive sector
Apply strong knowledge of EVs and New Energy Vehicles to identify market opportunities and shape product positioning
Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
Analyze automotive market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
Develop and maintain strong business development and stakeholder relationships to expand market presence
Demonstrate commercial acumen by managing budgets, forecasting sales, and optimizing resource allocation
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through negotiation, presentations, and reporting
Operate proactively in a fast-moving, competitive environment by balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

10+ years of experience in the automotive industry
Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership roles
Experience as a senior sales manager in the EV sector seeking career advancement
