Key Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy: Manage and develop Maritec's business across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global budget targets and aggressive sales growth.
- P&L Management: Oversee capital and operating budgets for regional offices monitor performance and implement corrective actions to ensure profitability.
- Client Relations: Cultivate high-level relationships with key ship owners, managers, and charterers throughout the APAC hub.
- Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary liaison with regional flag state authorities, classification societies, and accreditation bodies to ensure 100% compliance with international and domestic maritime laws.
- Operational Synergy: Partner with technical and operations teams to resolve complex service issues across different time zones.
- People Leadership: Build a high-performing, culturally diverse team implement a skills matrix and provide localized training and development.
- M&A & Integration: Lead regional M&A activities, ensuring seamless integration of new entities into the APAC maritime portfolio.
