Support senior management in developing and implementing regional business support strategies and annual work plans for the APAC region.
Coordinate and oversee business support activities across regional business units to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Provide business, pre-sales, and commercial support for major customer projects and key tender activities.
Facilitate collaboration and resource coordination among regional and cross-functional teams.
Assist in establishing, improving, and implementing business support policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
Monitor the execution of business support processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Support the development and operation of solution support, bid management, and commercial pricing support frameworks in accordance with delegated approval processes.
Manage and support the day-to-day operations of the business support team and contribute to talent development initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or above.
12 to 18 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 6 years in a management role.
Experience in telecommunications, ICT, or related industries.
Experience working in a regional or international business environment is preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel within the Asia-Pacific region when required.
