To plan, develop, implement and execute company's strategy.
Communicate company vision and strategy to all employees.
Identify talent, recruit and boost employee retention strategies.
Direct and co-ordinates activities for HR, labor management, administration, legal, accounting, sales and marketing, customer relations, VIP handling and airport operational issues.
Facilitate communication in local community and with authorities.
Manage Singapore-based customers for sales activities.
Handle VIP customers and government officials.
Lead and supervise Singapore branch office.
The position also requires to act as a Vice President for HR/Administration in Regional Headquarter of the company.
Be in close communication with all relevant headquarter departments regarding issues for HR, salary adjustment, risk management, facility, customer relation, budget coordination, and expatriate from other countries to respective offices in the region.
Conduct regular meetings/visits/audits to all regional offices and with General Managers to identify issues in order to report and update headquarter departments accordingly.
Provide professional advice and consultation to all regional offices to stabilize their operation including HR, salary and any other possible risk management issues
Liaise with relevant headquarter departments for communications with all regional offices
Organize and lead regular regional General Managers meeting in coordination with headquarters.
Requirements
Degree in Business Business Management/Business Administration or Economics.
More than 20-years experiences in the aviation industry, with knowledge of various fields in the industry.
Knowledge and expertise in HR with minimum of 5-years experience in the field.
Strong management skills (more than 7-years) in order to lead the diversified team as top management.
Proficiency in English. Additional language ability for countries under the region is preferred so as to make coordination with headquarter in Tokyo and offices in the region.
Proficiency in Microsoft offices for reporting and communication.
Excellent personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Pro-active, self-motivated, ethical individual who works well independently.
