Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive General Manager to oversee all company documentation, internal operations, and administrative functions. This role requires strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, financial knowledge, and the capability to manage confidential matters, including assisting the Director with personal and business-related affairs.

The ideal candidate must be dependable, discreet, and capable of independently managing company paperwork and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Management

  • Oversee and manage all company documentation and filing systems
  • Handle contracts, licenses, permits, and official correspondence
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and document compliance
  • Coordinate office operations and administrative processes

2. Human Resources

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee relations and internal communication

3. Accounting & Finance Coordination

  • Oversee daily accounting documentation (invoices, payments, expenses)
  • Coordinate with external accountants or auditors
  • Monitor company expenses and budgets
  • Prepare financial reports for management review
  • Ensure proper financial record keeping

4. Director's Executive Support

  • Assist the Director with personal and business administrative matters
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and confidential documents
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives

5. Operational Oversight

  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments
  • Improve internal systems and workflows
  • Monitor performance and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or general management
  • Strong knowledge of HR management and employment regulations
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Experience handling company documentation, compliance, and corporate records
  • Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and HR systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high accountability
