Main Responsibilities:
- To service the clients general insurance needs
- Understand the çlients insurance requirement, provide advice & quotation to çlients on the insurance coverage required, negotiate with insurance company for the best rates and terms, close the sales transaction, follow up on premium payment
- To place the coverage with the insurers and to process all necessary documents
- To review and negotiate renewal terms and follow up on policy renewal before expiry
- Ensure proper documentation of policies and correspondence
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field with minimum 2 year experience preferably in the insurance industry
- Possess a Certificate in General Insurance and Health Insurance, Diploma in Insurance will have an added advantage
- Entry level candidates who are keen to learn will be considered as junior executives for training
- Honest and reliable with a pleasant personality
- Able to work independently
- Be proactive in taking initiatives
- Experience in handling sales & customers enquiry
- Excellent communication skills, and able to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Able to work within tight timelines
- Keen to learn and has positive work attitude
- A team player with excellent attitude towards customer service

Working hours: Mon-Thur 8.45am to 6pm Fri 8.45am to 5.45pm
