Responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and well-organised office environment, while providing pantry support and beverage service to staff and guests. This role ensures the smooth daily upkeep of office facilities and supports a pleasant workplace experience.
1. Office Cleaning Duties
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, corridors, and reception.
- Clean and disinfect pantry, toilets, and common areas daily.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Wipe windows, glass panels, and office fixtures regularly.
- Maintain cleanliness of office equipment and furniture.
2. Pantry & Beverage Support (Tea Lady Duties)
- Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, water) for staff, management, and guests.
- Boiling of Hot Water from time to time, depending on usage and requirements.
- Support meeting rooms with refreshments when required.
- Refill pantry supplies such as water, coffee, tea, snacks, sugar, and cutlery.
- Ensure pantry area is clean, tidy, and organised at all times.
- Manage pantry inventory and notify HR Team for replenishment.
3. General Office Support
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared before and after usage.
- Assist and Liaise with HR Team when it comes to Fire Drills activities.
- Assist in simple errands within the premises (e.g., internal document delivery).
- Report any facility issues or maintenance requirements immediately (e.g., lights, leaks, equipment faults).
- Support event setup (light duties) as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office cleaning or hospitality support preferred.
- Basic understanding of hygiene standards and cleaning procedures.
- Able to handle cleaning equipment and chemical usage safely.
- Pleasant, polite, and service-oriented attitude.
- Physically fit to carry out cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic communication skills.
