The Fresh Graduate Gen AI Engineer will support key application services projects and HCL Technology Singapore has several entry level technical roles for new/recent graduates. The role requires a basic understanding of modern technical and cloud-native practices, AI and DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions leveraging GenAI technologies, integrating AI capabilities into cloud-native architectures.
- Be involved in the development, coding, testing, deployment, and software maintenance of the applications and products.
- Assist in the design and implementation of GenAI-driven applications, ensuring integration with microservices and container-based environments.
- Operate IT production services according to management protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Together with your team, support various phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Graduate in Diploma and specialized in Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or relevant technical area of study.
- Passion for software engineering in the emerging platforms or domains
- Basic understanding of software development and exposure to AI/ML technologies.
- Basic experience in designing and optimizing prompts for AI models to achieve desired outputs.
- Relevant internship or academic project experience in Java/Python/AI/DevOps would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work on different projects if required
