Creative Design & Development

.Design compelling multimedia assets including graphics, icons, videos, animations, 3D models, and interactive content to communicate complex ideas effectively.

.Develop intuitive UI/UX designs for websites, mobile interfaces, and interactive platforms, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment.

.Produce dynamic 2D & 3D animations for web, video, and interactive applications.

Web Development & Technical Execution

.Build and manage fully custom websites (primarily in WordPress) - with a strong focus on clean code, responsiveness, and performance.

.Maintain and enhance i-Sprint Group website, handling all aspects including frontend design, backend development, CRM tools, and analytics.

.Optimize website user journeys and conversion funnels through UX/UI best practices and data-driven iteration.

.Implement and fine-tune multimedia plugins for features like custom product builders, media uploads, or live previews.

.Ensure cross-device and cross-platform compatibility of all digital assets and web properties.

Collaboration & Innovation

.Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure multimedia and web components align with project goals and brand strategies.

.Support various ad-hoc creative and technical projects, such as marketing collateral, photography, video production, and interactive demos.

.Contribute to brainstorming and planning of new features, digital and physical campaigns.

.Manage or coordinate external development resources or vendors when needed.

What we are looking for:

.Minimum 2 years of professional experience in gaming, multimedia design and/or full-stack web development.

.A strong portfolio showcasing 2D & 3D animations, motion graphics, compositing ,and interactive media projects.

.Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).

.Proficiency with 3D software (Cinema4D) and techniques like masking, tracking, lighting, and modeling.

.Proven experience building and managing custom-coded websites, ideally with WordPress.

.Frontend development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript plus backend systems and plugin architecture knowledge.

.Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, web accessibility, and conversion optimization strategies.

.Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

.Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, Animation, Computer Science, or a related field.
