This is a training role designed for candidates who demonstrate strong learning agility and execution capability. After joining the team, you will be assigned based on project needs across systems, economy, and live events. The key expectation is to complete tasks end-to-end, build strong fundamentals, and grow quickly. Fresh grads are welcome.
What You'll Do
1. Support system/event/economy design & implementation
- Assist with writing rules documentation, organising requirements, maintaining configuration tables, and preparing version content.
- Follow up on cross-team items with engineering and art, track issues and define acceptance checkpoints.
2. Configuration & testing support
- Use Excel for basic configuration and data organisation (rewards tables, quest tables, progression/event configs, etc.).
- Participate in integration testing, clearly report bugs with reproduction steps, expected results, and priority.
3. Learning & iteration
- Learn core SLG fundamentals: core loop, progression pacing, alliance/social systems, seasonal rules, and monetization basics.
- With mentorship, deliver small modules end-to-end (from requirements to launch/acceptance) and build reusable working methods.
What We're Looking For
- Strong passion for games and interest in building a long-term career in the game industry. We welcome experience across console, PC, or mobile platforms.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and quality-driven, with a strong commitment to high delivery standards.
- Strong communication skills in English, with working proficiency in Mandarin for cross functional collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders (players/regional team members).
Bonus Points
- Deep experience with SLG gameplay (alliances, seasons, city building, progression, events, monetization points, etc.).
- Internship experience or portfolio materials such as system breakdowns, event proposals, economy loop analysis, monetization analysis, or player experience improvement suggestions.
