About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to support the maintenance, enhancement, and technical troubleshooting of existing production systems.

The role requires strong technical capabilities across backend development, APIs, system integration, and full-stack application development. The engineer will be expected to handle complex application and production issues while supporting enhancements to existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, support, and enhance existing production applications and systems.
Investigate and resolve complex application and production issues.
Analyse existing applications and assess technical approaches for system enhancements.
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and APIs.
Support integration between applications, services, and external systems.
Troubleshoot API, backend, application, and system integration issues.
Perform root-cause analysis and recommend appropriate solutions for production incidents.
Implement application enhancements while maintaining system stability and existing functionality.
Support application testing, deployment, production implementation, and post-deployment verification.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations for application enhancements and issue resolution.
Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
Support production systems and resolve technical issues when required.
Maintain technical documentation relating to application enhancements, integrations, and system changes.

Requirements

Strong experience in full-stack software development and production application support.
Strong hands-on experience in backend development.
Strong experience in API development and system integration.
Experience maintaining and enhancing existing enterprise production applications.
Strong troubleshooting experience across applications, APIs, backend services, integrations, and production environments.
Good understanding of application architecture and system integration principles.
Experience assessing technical requirements and implementing enhancements to existing systems.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to handle complex technical and production issues independently.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
