Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated FX Trading Analyst Trainee for a structured 6-month Graduate Industry Traineeship under Singapore's GRIT programme. You will gain hands-on experience in foreign exchange markets, market analysis, trade support, and risk management, while being mentored by experienced professionals in our FX team.

Key Responsibilities:

. Assist with FX market research and daily market briefs

. Support execution workflows and trade documentation

. Monitor economic data and key drivers impacting currency markets

. Participate in strategy discussions and analytical tasks

. Complete a mini independent project and regular performance reviews

Training & Development:

This traineeship provides structured on-the-job training, regular mentorship sessions, and clear performance milestones to build competence in FX markets and trading operations.

Requirements:

. Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

. Fresh graduate (Class of 2024/2025) with a relevant degree (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics)

. Strong interest in financial markets, analytics, and trading

. Good communication, analytical and teamwork skills
