Job Summary
Drive sales of the company's B2B International FX Payment products to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Lead business development by researching and developing marketing opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage product and sales enquiries by promptly responding and tracking progress to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up consistently with customers to advance sales activities and close deals
- Generate sales leads by planning and identifying opportunities through door-to-door sales and other outreach methods
- Maintain and review an updated sales pipeline regularly with management to monitor progress and forecast outcomes
- Prepare impactful and accurate sales proposals by capturing all necessary customer information to increase win rates
- Coordinate customer onboarding by following up on required documentation and collaborating with onboarding teams to meet service level agreements
- Monitor ongoing customer account utilization to identify opportunities for growth and address issues proactively
- Stay informed on competitive landscape to inform product and service strategy
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance service offerings and align with market needs
- Translate business needs into product requirements by working with product and technology teams and participate in testing new technologies
- Support marketing efforts by partnering with the Marketing Officer to plan and organize marketing strategies, budgets, and activities
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth and operational excellence
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in International FX Payments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in defining goals and proposing sales strategies with minimal supervision
- Confident in conversing and presenting to senior executives
