Job Title: FX Options Sales

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Buildout: Lead the setup of essential business infrastructure, including technical integration with liquidity providers, trade execution workflows, risk management policy formulation, and client communication optimization.

Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for FX options. Build and lead a high-performing sales team to aggressively grow the institutional client franchise, with a primary focus on options clients.

Regulation & Compliance: Possess a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to marketing and client interactions, ensuring all business activities are conducted legally and sustainably.

Client Engagement: Provide regular market insights, product training, and strategic advice to institutional clients, ensuring they are well-informed of market dynamics and opportunities.

Performance & Growth: Continuously monitor business performance and implement effective market strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share across Asia.

Required Qualifications:

Language: Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in FX options or related derivatives sales roles within the financial industry, with a proven track record.

Proven Track Record: Strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and effectively driving revenue growth.

Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.

Technical Familiarity: Strong understanding of FX derivatives, particularly FX options product structures and trading mechanics.

Risk Management: Solid understanding of credit management frameworks and the ability to provide relevant training and guidance to internal risk teams.
