An MAS-licensed capital markets firm with an established FX business is launching its FX options franchise. You'll own the buildout end to end — liquidity partners, execution flow, risk policy and sales strategy — reporting directly to the Singapore GM.

What You'll Do
Stand up the FX options desk: liquidity partners, execution flow, risk policy
Define and lead the institutional sales strategy for FX options
Grow institutional client relationships, especially options accounts
Deliver market insight, product education and strategy to clients
Drive Asia revenue and market-share growth; guide internal risk teams
What You Bring
3+ years in FX options (sales / trading) with a strong track record
Deep grasp of FX derivatives — option structures and trading mechanics
Proven record hitting or beating sales targets and driving revenue
Fluent Mandarin and English (client base and reporting line are Mandarin-speaking)
Bachelor's+ in business, finance or a related field
