About The Team The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities: 1. Focus on FX business development to achieve business goals in terms of market share, revenue, and P/L targets 2. Initiate and improve business requirements for functionality and user experience of FX products 3. Identify market needs, gaps, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation in FX solutions 4. Support end to end FX management among FX businesses in the Fintech Payment industry, from solution, quotation, exposure, trading, hedging, and P/L results 5. Contribute to FX solutions to meet payment business solutions, by delivering FX trading, quotation, and risk management measures as well as system development requirements
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: 1. 5+ years of working experience in Payment Fintech companies with strong exposure to FX business in B/C wallet business 2. Proven experience in providing consultation, solution design, or customer service directly to wallet and corporate clients. Adept at understanding and translating customer needs 3. Experience collaborating with product and R&D teams to design, develop, or optimize in-house FX management, trading, or risk control systems. 4. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent Preferred qualifications: 1. Proficiency in using data analysis tools is a plus 2. Quick learner and strong analysis skills 3. Self-driven and ability to navigate in high-stress environments
