Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales and service targets.
- Set clear performance objectives and monitor KPIs to align with business goals.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Understand clients financial goals and provide tailored wealth management solutions.
Business Development
- Drive acquisition of new clients and grow assets under management (AUM).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute targeted campaigns.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain full compliance with international banking regulations (FAA, FATCA, CRS).
- Proactively manage risks and uphold high standards of governance and ethical conduct.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders.
