. Understand the extensive range of exclusive products available to recommend to Customers.

. Introduce creative and effective strategies to optimize sales and boost sales performance

. Handle all sales enquires

. Liaise and follow-up closely with Developers,Architects, Designers & other prospective clients on a regular basis to maximise sales opportunities

. Prepare proposal and quotation including follow-up to close the deals

. Be responsible for after Sales Services and actively involve in problem solving whenever required.

. Be constantly aware of changing market conditions, workplace requirements, price points and leadtimes.
