Operation Manager - Funeral Service

Responsibility
Lead daily operations by conducting morning briefings, coordinating with Team Leaders, and ensuring smooth execution of funeral service activities.
Manage service scheduling and operational reporting, including preparing monthly standby and shift rosters and providing budget updates to the Finance Department.
Monitor service quality and client feedback, addressing concerns from families and internal teams while ensuring services are conducted in accordance with required rituals, customs, and company standards.
Improve operational processes and documentation by reviewing SOPs, templates, forms, and workflow systems in collaboration with Team Leaders.
Support HR and staff welfare initiatives, including managing leave approvals, overtime, recruitment support, and maintaining staff morale and well-being.
Ensure compliance with company policies and oversee compensation matters while carrying out additional operational duties as required.
