Our client, a leading international law firm is seeking to recruit a Funds Lawyer for their further expanding practice in the Singapore office.
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Provide sound, legal advice to clients on the establishment, structuring and offering of Investment funds -Involved in the full investment life cycle of Funds matters
- Working closely with the worldwide asset managers to assist in the Funds transactions
- Drafting of legal documentation
- Keeping abreast on the regulatory developments in the Funds industry
Requirements:
- Admission to Singapore Bar, with minimum 5 to 7 years of PQE
- Excellent academics with international or top local law firm experience
- Good interpersonal skills, with willingness to take part in business development activities and initiatives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with the wider team
