Our client is seeking a Fundraising Manager. He/She is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the organization's mission and programs. This role involves identifying potential donors, cultivating relationships, and managing fundraising campaigns across various channels, such as events, grants, and online initiatives. He/She plays a critical role in driving the organization's financial sustainability and ensuring alignment with its goals.

Job Responisbilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet financial targets and support the organization's objectives.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Plan and oversee fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to engage supporters and generate revenue.
• Create compelling proposals and grant applications to secure funding from various sources.
• Analyze fundraising metrics and report on the effectiveness of strategies to continuously improve efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance outreach and donor engagement.
• Manage donor databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions, donations, and acknowledgments.
• Train and support staff or volunteers involved in fundraising efforts, fostering a culture of philanthropy within the organization.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in fundraising to innovate and optimize strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in fundraising activities.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline

• Min. 5 years of fundraising, partnerships, or donor engagement experience

• Strong stakeholder management and campaign execution skills

• Data-driven, proactive, and highly self-motivated

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
