As a Client Service Associate II on the Service Delivery team, you will partner with Fund Services Operations teams across regions and client-facing teams to uphold service delivery standards and meet service-level agreement commitments. You will manage client change requirements, onboard new clients, and protect existing relationships by delivering efficient, market-leading service. You will serve as the primary escalation point for clients, requiring broad fund accounting knowledge and proven client management experience.
