Alpha Alternatives Singapore is a registered fund management company regulated by Monetary Authority of Singapore. We provide investment management services and value added solutions to International Investment funds, Corporates and High Net Worth Individuals.
We are now looking for an operations professional who will be responsible for all aspects of our day-to-day Fund Operations, these will include:
A. Fund Operations
. Trade Booking, settlements, and reconciliations
. Daily position tracking
. Review of NAV report from Fund admin
. Handling investor subscriptions and redemptions
B. Compliance
. Ensure adherence to compliance policy.
. Interacting with the outsourced compliance service provider to ensure that applicable processes are being followed.
. Regulatory filing and reporting
C. Investor Onboarding
. KYC and Due Diligence review for new investors
D. Coordinating with third party service providers
. Auditor - for annual audit of RFMC and funds financial statements.
. Company Secretary - for board resolutions and any ad hoc matters.
. Accountant - for preparation of quarterly management accounts.
. Tax Consultant - for tax-related matters.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management or any related discipline
. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations in a fund management company, in fund administration or with a bank.
. Well versed with legal/regulatory requirements and procedures e.g. AML/KYC
. Proficient in Bloomberg, Portfolio Management System and Microsoft Excel will be preferred
. Good communication skills, keen learner, and pays attention to detail.
. Able to start work within 1-2 months time.
