A leading investment firm is seeking an experienced professional to join its CEO office team in Singapore. This position supports the growth of private wealth distribution across Asia, working closely with private banks, wealth platforms, distributors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate product onboarding and market expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing distributor and platform onboarding projects, coordinating with sales, legal, compliance, operations and product teams, supporting fund launches and distribution initiatives, and building strong relationships across the intermediary distribution ecosystem. The role will also contribute to market research, competitor analysis, regulatory monitoring and strategic planning to identify growth opportunities across APAC.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience within asset management, private markets, wealth management, fund distribution, product strategy, platform management, or related functions. Strong knowledge of intermediary distribution channels, wealth platforms, fund onboarding processes, and the APAC investment landscape is preferred. Candidates should possess excellent project management, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
