One of the major global asset management firms is looking for a Fund Documentation Specialist (1 Year Contract) to support the team in managing the administrative lifecycle and regulatory documentation.
Responsibilities
- Draft, update, and organize essential fund documents (such as prospectuses and trust deeds). Ensure accurate version control and internal record-keeping.
- Partner with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Investments) and external vendors to ensure documents are updated and filed with regulators on time.
- Manage routine administrative tasks, track approvals, and prepare data and reports for CPF Board submissions.
- Assist the Director and team with ongoing product lifecycle projects, operational changes, and general administrative needs.
Requirements
- At least a Degree in Finance or any relevant industries.
- At least one year of experience working in the financial industry as a documentation specialist.
- A basic understanding of investment funds, alongside familiarity with Singapore fund regulations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and documents at once.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
