Position: Fund and Office Operation (20175)

• Near Raffles Place/ Telok Ayer MRT

• Basic + VB

Job Description:

The position provides opportunities to gain experience in fund operation, liaising with both internal (such as related companies) and external parties (such as fund administrators, auditors and lawyers).

The position also provides opportunities to learn about the top hedge fund managers around the world and business operation.

• Investor reporting

• Risk and cashflow monitoring of funds

• Support on structuring of funds

• Support on reporting to regulatory authorities

• Support on legal documents of funds

• Financial reporting of funds and companies

• Attend Investment Committee (Speaking in Japanese) and take minutes

• Office operation, including HR and general affairs (Payroll is done by Japan HQ)

• Other miscellaneous tasks

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

• Experience and knowledge in fund operation will be advantage

• Basic of Accounting experience and knowledge is required

• Japan language is required to liaise with Japan HQ, to attend Investment Committee and take minutes in Japan language
