A leading global real estate investment firm is looking to expand its Private Markets team in Singapore. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in fund administration and investor relations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare investor reports, quarterly updates, and committee materials.
- Support fundraising, investment, and divestment activities by preparing investor-related documentation.
- Manage investor communications, including responding to queries and coordinating events.
- Oversee fund administration tasks such as maintaining investor records, managing portals, and processing transfers.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of capital statements, distribution notices, and compliance reports.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in investor relations, fund administration, or fund reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
