Our client, a venture capital firm is looking for a Fund Accountant/ Senior Fund Accountant to join their Singapore office.
- You will be responsible for MAS reporting, fund administration/accounting, portfolio company reporting, valuations, and assisting with the portfolio monitoring & reporting.
- Working with internal and external teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Liaising with fund administrator on capital calls, distributions and management fee calculations.
- Assist in new fund launches including onboarding service providers, opening bank accounts, and coordinating with internal and external legal counsel on entity formation and fund documents.
- Assisted in preparation of PPM & DDQ during fund raising.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (eg. auditors, tax agents, etc).
- Other ad hoc duties
