Key responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and manage daily cash activities by working with internal and external teams
Liaise with fund administrators on investments, capital calls, distributions, management fees, and quarterly financial reporting
Support portfolio reporting by coordinating with investment teams and portfolio companies
Assist with new fund launches, including onboarding service providers, opening bank accounts, and coordinating with legal counsel
Support audits, tax processes, investor reporting, and revenue-generating or client onboarding initiatives

Role requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Fund Administration capacity preferably in Private equity or Venture Capital.
Candidates coming directly from a Big 4 firm with experience working on Private Equity or Venture Capital funds will be considered.
Adaptable team player with the drive to hustle in a fast-growing environment
Strong interpersonal, communication and influential skills to communicate with senior stakeholders to get the work done.
