Fund Accountant- (Private Equity/ Venture Capital)
Our client is a successful mid- sized venture capital firm-based Singapore and is seeking a Fund Accountant for their growing team.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and manage daily cash activities by working with internal and external teams
- Liaise with fund administrators on investments, capital calls, distributions, management fees, and quarterly financial reporting
- Support portfolio reporting by coordinating with investment teams and portfolio companies
- Assist with new fund launches, including onboarding service providers, opening bank accounts, and coordinating with legal counsel
- Support audits, tax processes, investor reporting, and revenue-generating or client onboarding initiatives
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Fund Administration capacity preferably in Private equity or Venture Capital. Candidates coming directly from a Big 4 firm with experience working on Private Equity or Venture Capital funds will be considered.
