Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant (Business Analyst) with 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP implementations to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring ERP systems to meet the needs of end-users, with a focus on finance and accounting functionalities. Previous enterprise software implementation experience is also highly valued. This role involves working closely with both technical teams and business users to ensure that the system supports business processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Configure ERP systems to meet user needs, ensuring proper integration with business processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system configuration.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure successful ERP implementation.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that configurations align with business expectations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper system integration.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP software and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP system implementations (preferably in a functional role).
- Strong understanding of ERP configuration and how to meet business requirements.
- Experience with finance/accounting modules is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience with other enterprise software implementations will be considered.
- Knowledge of business processes and financial systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Experience in gathering and defining business requirements.
