We are seeking an experienced Zycus Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of Zycus procurement solutions for a large enterprise client in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in source-to-pay (S2P) processes and hands-on expertise in implementing or supporting Zycus modules such as eProcurement, iSource, Contract Management, and Supplier Management.

The consultant will work closely with procurement stakeholders, IT teams, and integration teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of the Zycus platform.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure Zycus procurement solutions to support enterprise procurement operations.

Gather and analyze business requirements from procurement and sourcing teams.

Configure and support Zycus modules, including:

eProcurement

iSource (Strategic Sourcing)

Contract Management

Supplier Management / Supplier Risk

Invoice Management

Support end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

Work closely with business stakeholders to design procurement workflows and approval processes.

Support integration with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other financial systems.

Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams for integrations and enhancements.

Participate in testing, UAT, and go-live support activities.

Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes using Zycus best practices.
