Functional Business Analyst (Payments, Banking)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in the Banking and Payments domain. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable user stories and ensuring the successful delivery of Cash Management solutions using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Management: Interact directly with business units to analyze requirements, business dependencies, and prioritization.

• Agile Orchestration: Lead backlog creation and grooming, elaborate user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria.

• Sprint Support: Anchor planning and review meetings explain technical requirements and user stories to developers and testers to ensure alignment.

• Documentation: Create high-quality technical specifications, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).

• Problem Solving: Decompose complex banking problems into manageable components to facilitate effective solutioning.

• Stakeholder Management: Manage communication and expectations across diverse stakeholder groups and cultures.

Technical Requirements

Experience & Domain Expertise:

• Total Experience: 12+ years in IT.

• Banking Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in Banking and Payments projects.

• Mandatory Domain: Hands-on experience in Transaction Banking - Cash Management.

• Methodology: Proven experience delivering projects via Agile.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of Finastra Products (Fusion Corporate Channels).

• Experience with Corporate Payment Products specific to the ASEAN region.

• Understanding of Core Banking systems.
