We are looking for an experienced
Functional Business Analyst (FBA) with strong domain expertise in
Corporate Internet Banking and/or Payment's systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Work closely with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver banking solutions
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Participate in solution design for corporate banking and payments platforms
- Support UAT, SIT, and production rollout activities
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
- Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an FBA in Corporate Internet Banking or Payments domain
- Strong knowledge of payment systems (e.g., SWIFT, RTGS, NEFT, FAST, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
