Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to create functional specifications.
• Perform data profiling to assess data quality and integrity.
• Develop data mapping documentation to ensure accurate data flow between systems.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
• Create and maintain macros to automate repetitive data tasks.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data processes and contribute to overall project success.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis findings.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-11 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on data-related tasks.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Experience in data profiling techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of data mapping methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in creating and using macros in Excel or other relevant software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
