Fumigator

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Fumigator to join our team in Singapore. The role involves carrying out fumigation and pest control services for containers, warehouses, and commercial premises in compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

. Perform fumigation services using approved fumigants (e.g., methyl bromide / alternatives) for containers, warehouses, and commodity stacks.

. Ensure strict compliance with Singapore's NEA (National Environment Agency) and MOM (Ministry of Manpower) safety regulations.

. Set up fumigation enclosures, monitor gas concentrations, and conduct proper aeration before clearance.

. Operate and maintain fumigation equipment, gas monitoring devices, and PPE.

. Accurately document fumigation jobs, including dosage, exposure time, and monitoring records.

. Communicate with clients, supervisors, and authorities on-site to ensure smooth operations.

. Support pest control operations when required (fogging, misting, rodent control, etc.).

Requirements

. WSQ certification in fumigation/pest management (or willing to undergo training).

. Familiarity with fumigants and safe handling procedures.

. Physically fit, comfortable working outdoors, and able to handle manual tasks.

. Good attention to detail and strong commitment to safety.

. Team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

. Willing to work irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays when required (common in port/container fumigation).

. Class 3 driving license an advantage.
