The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC
- We are looking for a FullStack Software Developer
- The role will start out as a contract till 31 December 2026 (renewable)
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
- 4+ years of professional software development experience, including meaningful experience in both backend (Golang) and frontend (React) development
- Proficiency in Golang for backend services and React for web frontend development
- Strong fundamentals in computer science: algorithms and data structures
- Experience owning end-to-end features across the full stack (backend + frontend)
- Experience running large scale web applications with deep understanding of system internals and tools like observability platforms, remote debugging, and continuous integration (CI/CD)
- Experienced being hands-on with security and performance for web applications
- Experience exploring or using GenAI technologies for practical use cases and efficiency gains
- Ability to design, implement, and deploy highly performant and reusable frontend components and backend services
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess system growth and stability
- Highly accountable, takes full ownership of work
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, multi-dimensional environments
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Job Description
- Design and write production-quality Golang services and React web applications
- Collaborate with web and backend engineers, designers, data scientists and product managers to architect and implement features
- Actively participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards
- Brainstorm innovative ideas, identify problems, propose and implement solutions geared towards scale and performance
- Take full ownership of projects built to meet functional and non-functional requirements of our users and business partners
- Design, implement, instrument and deploy highly performant and reusable frontend components and backend services for operational excellence initiatives
- Lead collaboration with stakeholders across teams and roles to identify and resolve ambiguous, multi-dimensional business, legal and product needs
- Participate in interview loops to help company continue hiring top industry talent
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship and knowledge sharing to peers
