Job Summary

Deliver engaging lessons in English, Mathematics, and Science tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate with parents and the teaching team to foster a motivating learning environment and support smooth centre operations.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver lessons in Primary/Secondary Level English, Mathematics, and Science that meet diverse student learning styles and needs
Customize lesson plans to enhance student understanding and engagement
Create and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that motivates students to achieve academic goals
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to report student progress and address concerns effectively
Assist in curriculum development to align with student needs and educational standards
Perform basic administrative duties and provide front-desk support to ensure smooth daily centre operations
Collaborate with teaching and operations teams to enhance the overall learning experience for students and parents
Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate students across primary to secondary age groups
Manage work schedule to include evenings and weekends to meet student availability

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree in Art, Sciences, Engineering, Education, or related field (preferably)
Previous teaching or tutoring experience
Familiarity with the Singapore school curriculum (MOE syllabus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
