Role Overview
As a Service Crew Member, you are the heartbeat of our customer experience. From warmly welcoming guests, coordinating dine-in and takeaway orders, crafting refreshing beverages at the bar, to ensuring smooth cashier operations - you are key to delivering excellence in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Cashier Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and process orders accurately
- Handle cash and digital transactions securely and efficiently
- Ensure a clean and organized cashier station at all times
Bar Crew Support
- Prepare and serve drinks (teas, soft drinks, special beverages) with consistency and flair
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards when handling food and beverages
Hostess Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they are seated promptly
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations using the seating chart
- Uphold a calm, composed, and helpful demeanor during busy periods
Main Station Coordinator (Dine-In & Takeaway)
- Coordinate seamless flow of dine-in and takeaway orders
- Work closely with kitchen, service, and delivery team to ensure timeliness and accuracy
- Anticipate needs, solve issues proactively, and communicate clearly with team members
Job Requirements
- Passionate about people and hospitality
- Energetic, positive, and ready to be part of a close-knit team
- Willing to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Physically able to stand for long periods and carry food trays
- Prior F&B experience is a bonus, but not required - we welcome fast learners!
