- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries

- Ensure proper portioning and presentation
- Replenish ingredients and supplies as needed
- Operate POS system accurately
- Process, card, and digital payments
- Maintain cleanliness of kiosk, equipment, and workstations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain sanitation compliance
- Assist in stock receiving and storage
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO method)
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service
- Support daily opening and closing procedures
